This twin newborn session will forever remain special to me. Not just because of the beautiful images we were able to get with these tiny girls and their lovely parents but because also it was a mere four days before the pandemic shut the world down. We had no idea what was about to happen to our everyday lives. I am so glad that we were able to squeeze this one in before everything changed completely. Feels like an eternity since this session.
This was the sweetest family. They were helpful, kind and fun. We all had such a nice time sitting around gazing at this wonderful baby. Look at those snuggly family photos…. is there anything better than snuggling a brand new baby? They wanted to keep the palette pretty neutral and capture a lot of the little details and I was happy to oblige.
Remember that Mama Goddess from a few weeks back? She came back today with her new sweet baby daughter. She and her husband just gazed at their sweet baby as she slept through a bunch of these fun holiday photos. I decided to have some fun with a few fonts and create some holiday images that they could use for cards, etc. LOVE that one of her smiling in the bear outfit!
I am honored to capture the first images of the newest baby in this awesome family. I did sessions for her two older sisters and it is always SO fun to see these tiny babies come back as big brothers and sisters. A bonus is that I was able to take an “updated” version of a photo I took years before, when the oldest sister was still in her mom’s belly. What a fun update! It was a great session. That bunny photo is one of my new favorites.
Would you just look at this guy? His mom was really fond of the hats I had with tiny ears so we got a bunch of photos with them. His big sister did a terrific job being careful with him and had a blast during the session, too. Love those expressions in the photo with the two of them together!
I have been friends with this awesome couple for a while now and was thrilled when they contacted me, asking to do a newborn session. Their sweet baby was calm and cuddly as we switched him from outfit to adorable outfit. I loved the gorgeous rainbow quilt they brought as a backdrop! So much fun.
