I took a really big risk today: I scheduled a newborn twin session as my first gig back after recovery from major surgery. Turns out, the risk paid off unbelievably well. These little sweeties and their Mom were astoundingly wonderful. Their Mom was calm as could be and the babies definitely picked up on her chill mojo. They were so sweet and cuddly and we got shot after shot of twin magic.
When their Mom first contacted me, she wrote, “I just love your work!” It always feels funny to read that. I am a kindergarten teacher by training and photography was always more of a hobby for me. Now after years at this, I finally have “work” that someone can potentially love. Pretty cool and such an honor to hear it.
